Druids are the keepers of the world. Locked in slumber for generations, they awoke to meet the threat of the Burning Legion during its recent invasion. After Archimonde's defeat, the Druids chose to remain in the waking world and help to rebuild their shattered lands. The Legion's attack left a terrible scar on the natural order, and the Druids seek to heal it.

Druids the healers of nature, strive in many roles. Often known for their shape-shifting ability and their great support role to any group. Druids are considered one of the most versatile classes in World of Warcraft. They offer many different play styles. They share many similarities to other classes: The Warrior, for their high armor and health in Bear Form - The Rogue, for their stealth abilities & more recently their competitive dps - The Priest, for their healing abilities. At times, a Druid can fill any of these roles with the comparable success as their counter-part.
