Christmas 99 in Hamburg, and a few other pictures, also from my trip to Australia in November 99 with Mummy

Hi guys, can ya all see my green bucket? It has a hole at the bottom and my parents always fill it up with water and then pour it all over me, whooo, that's wet. This picture was taken on Christmas day 1999.

................................................

I know, I should take my hat off before putting Shampoo on my hair, but it was so funny how Mummy was running after me with the camera for hours, I just couldn't stop running away. Anyway, the picture above was taken a bit later, so you can see she finally got me. But wait when I am a grown up in about 2-1 months - can't take longer, can it?

December 24th, 1999: The most important day at

Xmas in Germany. Aleeza, my, ooops - what the heck, she's the

daughter of Dad's niece, offered me some chocolate, yummmiee

A little later this night, I had to call my grandparents in Perth,

Western Australia. Of course I used my new "Handy", the word

for a mobile phone in Germany.

This is Mummy, she's unwrapping her presents. Before I forget, she had a good laugh when she handed Daddy his present: She got the new mobile phone which he was looking for for months but couldn't get, so she wrapped it as she wrapped my mobile phone too (see previous picture), but then she gave me HIS phone and he got MY phone to unwrap. You should have seen Daddy's eyes, hahahaha.

Grandpa Germany had good fun too as you can see

And here's the latest picture, taken actually just a few minutes ago on January 1, 2000:

We slept very long today and here I am on my way back to bed at 2 pm, after I played with my Teddies for about 4 hours.

Ok, so much about the last 2 weeks, now I am showing you a few slides which are a bit older, most of them were taken in Australia in November, Mummy and I went to Down Under while Daddy was working in Poland - it is so funny, we lived in Warsaw and moved to Hamburg, but Daddy is working again in Warsaw, why didn't we stay there in the first place???? Must be a funny world I am living in.

One year earlier in November I met my Oma Germany for the first time, I was thinking of her when I was in Perth so here's a picture of her with my Opa: This is how I remember her and next time I will have a better quality picture.

And before we start with my time in Oz, here's Daddy with Nour in the STARE MIASTO (Old Town) of Warsaw last summer, wow, that was a hot day and sooo many people were out in the city, so I thought it would be best to hide in the pram:

To start off with the country of my second passport I thought I'd show you the old and famous Harbour Bridge in the most amazing city of the world:

Mum and Dad promised that we're going to Sydney sometime this year since I personally have never been there, only in Perth and Surfers Paradise so far. Surfers because my Aunty Sali got married in November last year and I of course could not miss it. Actually, I took the freedom to practise my German: When the Rabbi asked if there was anyone in the room who was against this marriage I was just training the pronounciation of the German "no", which is "Nein", so I went saying non-stop NEIN, NEIN, NEIN, NEIN, NEIN, NEIN, NEIN.....

Sali, Sheron and the Rabbi took it with a smile and kinda ignored my veto, I guess I have to try a different way at the next wedding I am attending.

And so they got married as you can see above, it was a wonderful ceremony and party afterwards, I danced as if there was no tomorrow.

My uncle Johnny from Sydney, he and I had a lot of fun together.

Here is where he is living in Bronte, Sydney:

This year we will all visit him and have a swim in the Ocean together

Ken, a very good friend of Mummy and Daddy. He's now living in Brisbane and came over to Surfers for dinner one day.
My aunty Jenne below, I was busy on the mobile Me at the dinner table at my grandparents
And below my grandpa and me in a cafe where we had breakfast together Grandpa and me in Booragoon, at home:
I was trying one of Jenne's million hats on in the sun and this is daddy with me about 5 months ago

Mummy has put me into my new dress and I was chasing the lizards in the yard

This is it for now. I'd love to get an eMail from you: sydneymaria@yahoo.com and I promise to answer any mail I get.
