: My opinion is that we should NOT let sites in with av's containing full frontal nudity. My reasoning is two-fold. One, kids do visit these sites. Two, most page building sites explicitly restrict the use of nudity and warn these pages will be removed. I don't think it is a good organizational profile to support sites that are here one day then removed by server the next. It would lessen our credibility. It should be our mission to support quality work without having to post restrictions or age advisories.

I have to agree with Trev on this one. There are lots of young people on VP, and I know that it offends me somewhat when I'm in a 'general' chatroom and someone comes in with a FFN avatar. It is quite possible to create sensual avatars without being explicitly sexual. I also feel that the Guild represents the best that the artists have to offer, and that they should be both artistic and in good taste.

If a VPster wants an explicit avatar, there are plenty of sites out there where they can find them without the sanction of the guild. I myself would never post these kinds of avs to my gallery....not because of any conservative attitude, but because what we post to our gallerys is in some way a reflection of ourselves.

My personal preference is that we keep this kind of gallery out of the guild.
