I Miss You
2-1-2000

As I gaze into the sky
A wet tear drips down from my eye
You left me not so long ago
I miss you much I hope you know

Your smile I want to see once more
I wish you would walk through my door
I still do not believe it’s true
My life had never been so blue

Why’d you have to leave that day
Why not one more day to play
I had no warning of your fate
When I found out it was to late

I never got to say good-bye
That is why I sit and cry
I feel I’ve lost a part of me
My life you filled with so much glee

Why’d you have to go away
Why’d it have to be this way
This has caused me so much strife
I’ve lost a big part of my life

I hope that we will meet once more
Maybe you’ll walk through my door
Maybe I would not be so blue
If I would have said good-bye to you

If I lost you, what would I do
My life would defiantly be blue
As I lay here on the ground
I begin to look around
I glance up towards the sky
And I slowly realize why

I fear what’s underneath me
The thing that lies beneath me
My heart begins to beat fast
How longs must this fear last

I lean against the stone
And realize I’m not alone
I quickly rise to my feet
One day us to will meet

Thought I knew this man before
I don’t want to see him anymore
For to see him I must pay
I fear that very day

I take a look around
I do not make a sound
For they are in their beds
It’s wrong to wake the dead

I fear what’s underneath me
The thing that lies beneath me
For I’m walking above the dead
Stop these thoughts form in my head

Bravest person I
Ever knew.
You made me laugh
Whenever I was down.
You were a fighter til the end.
If I could have one more
day with you, I don't
Know what I'd say.
You were my best friend.
Game's over man, this is
A dream, Wake up!
I wish we could
Go back. I need to
See your smile one
More time.

If we think of you

No one wanted you to leave
We were not prepared for this
There was no way we could have been
You were one of us
We were made for each other
We stuck together through thick and thin
Now you are gone, but we have your spirit
You were so brave, you fought so hard
No one can understand the pain you felt
No one can replace you
You could always make people laugh
We were lucky to have you around
For as long as we did
