Mar 2007 - Rome, Italy Grand designs is certainly a place which cannot be built in a day.  Audience with Pope, great food, helpful people, comfortable public transport, magnificent buildings (ruins) too.  As writers have claimed that Romans had grand scheme of things, visit Piazza San Pietra  and get stunned.

Jan 2007 - Krakow, Poland Snow and Suffering is a nice city to visit in Winter.  It was cold and snowy, but very picturesque.  The food was good, people were friendly.  A visit to Auswitz and Birkenau in a wintery cold snowy day was an eye opener....

Dec 2006 - New York Tall Skyscrapers and Shoppers are the two things which make the big apple a wonderful place.  The city is vibrant and this time it was so busy on the roads that had to push people to cross the roads.  Must admit the 3 hour wait to see the half way to statue of liberty was not worth it...

Nov 2006 - Portsmouth Water and Tower is a great waterfront with impressive Spinnaker tower... The history of the tower is that it was created for millennium and was inaugurated in 2005-6...

Aug 2006 - Bristol Balloon Fiesta was a very entertaining colourful and impressive event.  If you want to see balloon dancing to music or want to see people jumping from planes and landing few feet away from you, this is the event.

Jul 2006 - Barcelona Spain was a very colourful city with lots to see and EAT too :).  The town itself is a architectural marvel, and also a church which is still under construction even after 500 years or so.  Make sure you eat paella and know who Gaudi is...

Jun 2006 - St. James Park London was a visit worth the wait.  The vibrant colours treat to view, smart uniform, organised horse band and gun battalion...

Apr 2006 - Lisse Holland was a treat to view.  The tulip garden Keukenof, long 'silsila' flower fields and Windmills are just wonderful to walk around.  Make sure you drive as you can then stop and see things on the way...

Mar 2006 - Milan Italy is great place to visit.  I think inspite of it being so culturally rich historical city, it happens to be one rare city where culture takes a back seat to Shopping.  Trust me you if you come back without shopping, you can declare yourself detached from earthly objects...

Dec 2005 - Goa India is surely a place I would recommend you to visit, when you have a spare week and of course in India... Enjoy.

Sep 2005 - Dover England is a place which makes the big boats and container make it look toy types...  Also when one can see that France is so close by, I am sure swimming across would be okay

Aug 2005 - Bath & Stonehenge England are historical places to view that England has more than London city and things were around before the kings and clocks ...

June 2005 - Kew Gardens London was a great place to visit if you fancy walking and walking and trust me more walking...

June 2005 - Trafalgar Square London was a busy place on Sunday 19th when the Delhi Haat was visiting the town. It was lot of fun in terms of food and hot summer day...

Apr 2005 - Madame Tussaud London at is great place when you visit and meet up with the famous people without their tantrums and you can click photos...

Mar 2005 - Stockholm Sweden at is great place when you visit in winter.  You may not get a Nobel prize but you can roam around for few days without worrying about cold you can surely apply for some gallantry award...
