BHI Reunion Activities
Friday, October 22, 1999
11:00 AM Golf, Ditto Golf Course, Leaves from the Wyndham Arlington Hotel
Fees of $35 will be collected at the golf course (includes golf cart/green fees only). Clubs and golf balls are the
responsibility of the participant. A limited number of golf clubs can be rented for $11 per set. Transportation from
the Wyndham Arlington hotel provided for a $7 fee payable in advance. If you live out of town, you will need to
arrive on Thursday, Oct 21 or early Friday, October 22 to participate. DFW area participants are requested to
take the bus due to limited parking facilities.
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Welcome Reception, Wyndham Arlington Hotel Ballroom
Informal gathering, no planned program: Cash Bar, with appetizers provide by the Reunion Committee.
Saturday, October 23, 1999
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Tour of Bell Helicopter Textron, leaves from the Wyndham Arlington
Round trip transportation for a nominal fee of $7 per person, payable in advance. Buses will leave from the
Wyndham Arlington Hotel at 9:00 AM for a 9:30 tour. If you live in the area, it will be necessary for you to take
the bus due to limited parking facilites and for security reasons.
Tour of Fort Worth
The city of Fort Worth celebrates it's 150th. anniversary this year. Information regarding scheduled tours from
local tour companies will be available at the registration check-in desk. Cost for chartered tours ranges from $18
- $25 per person.
5:30 PM - 12:30 AM - Main Event - Banquet & Dance, Arlington Convention Center
Happy Hour will begin at 5:30 PM. We will provide live entertainment, and a special program. Please select your
preference of dinner entree on your registration form. Cash Bar. Artichoke Chicken dinner cost is $21 and Surf &
Turf is $30 (inclusive of tax and service charge). Both meals include dinner salad, two vegetables, dinner rolls,
coffee or ice tea, and dessert.

Open Buffet-Style Brunch - come any time during the scheduled hours. Cost $18.50 per person, payable in
advance.
