Being realistic at the time, I graduated from U.C. Davis with a degree in Civil Engineering. All was not lost as I did find time to indulge in some printmaking classes and thus earned an additional minor degree in studio art. Without access to a printmaking lab after college, I resorted to painting. Through my two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia, I found myself with an abundant amount of time to paint, explore and grow. For now engineering is taking a back seat as I search for something more surreal.

fantasy and reality. |
