Mr. Idiot Stories: (Kathy) episode #11 Help Joseph, then set out on your quest. Part 1 Now, officially you have come up beside Joseph. There is no way at all that you could possibly just leave Joseph there, lying in misery. You notice that a shelf seems to have fallen on his leg. You think to yourself how it must have happened. You think that: While Joseph was trying to reach the plates that were up too high since there was no ladder in plain sight, he must have figured he could have reached them without any real problems. Then he must have bumped the shelf and the unsteady shelf must have fallen on his leg. You bend down to talk to this very cute guy(after glancing around, of course). You ask what you can do to help him. He suggests lifting the shelf from his foot. You do and as you do, Joseph doubles his efforts and reaches up to kiss you. Then you finish moving the shelf off of his foot. (At this time Mr. Zam comes down the stairs to see how you and Joseph are fairing. Although, neither one of you is aware of it.) Then you say to Joseph how nice that felt. You kiss him. This time you guys are kissing for about 3 minutes. (Mr. Zam is watching all of this.) Then, Joseph says, “Kathy, will you go out with me?” You don’t hesitate to answer at all. You say, “Of course. You are so cute. Then you two kiss again. This time not for very long. For just one reason: Mr. Zam is watching you and can stand no more of this. (Of course Mr. Zam had feelings for you and is very jealous of his kid, who happens to be your age.) Now (you and Joseph still kissing) for the first time Mr. Zam makes himself known. “All right,” says Mr. Zam blushing, “that’s enough.” Then Mr. Zam takes you in his hands and kisses you. Then Joseph says, “dad...she’s my girl.” Then Mr. Zam let’s go of you and you fall to the ground. “Sorry, Kathy,” says Mr. Zam. Then he calls down Gwydion and has him help him lift up Joseph (since Joseph can’t walk right now because of his leg) and you quickly follow your boyfriend up the stairs. Mr. Zam looks all serious now and turns to you and says, “We have a slight change in plans. Someone will have to go with you-at least part of the way-to get a doctor to look at Joseph’s leg. I guess that’ll have to be me. We don’t want Joseph’s leg to become infected, if it is broken. (At this moment Gwydion and Mr. Zam lay your cute man on a bed.) (You think to yourself how you don’t think anything would ever infect Joseph. Joseph’s so cute.) Then, Mr. Zam tells you that next door is a church. Since it’s a Sunday (Easter to be more specific), you go to church. The men help Joseph out of bed and you all go to church. When it’s all over, you head on back to the Hidden Cottage. Then they lay Joseph down on the bed, again. Mr. Zam says, “Well, we’d better get going now.” Before you go, Joseph says, “Kathy, come here.” To be continued..... back to main page
