Owen Lars
He changed his last name to Lars (it used to be Skywalker and he still goes by Owen Skywalker when he's talking to good people)to avoid anyone hunting him down from the Empire, especially is brother or the Emperor. Owen is Luke's uncle and Beru's wife. Owen and Beru had 4 children, but they were all kidnapped or lost. Owen is a farmer who wants Luke to do nothing but farming because Owen is afraid Luke might run off on him in search of some adventure or something. Owen knows who Luke's father is, but not his mother. Owen hates Ben Kenobi and chases him away if he comes for a "neighborly" visit. back to main page
