Yoda
Yoda is the head of the Jedi Council. He is a Yoda Creature. He has a very high midi-cholorian count, but Anakin has a higher level. A lot higher. Yoda is in charge of how to get the Jedi into the Clone Wars, since the jedi are basically running the defense of the Republic in the Clone Wars.
