BeiHai Park

BeiHai Park has over 800 years of history as the royal park of the Liao, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. I did not really walk around the park to enjoy the serenity of the park though. Again,it's really nothing much and do not go out of the way to visit. What catches my attraction the most is the White Pagoda of the Lama Monastry situated at the peak overlooking the park. In the lake are water-lillies and sculptures of cranes that makes a lovely backdrop for taking pictures.
