I myself always thought that only in dreams this could come true,
and often I would just care less and for long I have stopped this search.
Yet, that one night has changed all, when to my life come you,
and all of the sudden my hearts beats the way soldiers march.

You have healed me and put together this shattered heart.
Yet I still thought that soon I would wake up lonely.
Then I realized none of my dreams have such a good start,
as I asked you to convince me that this happens truly.

I used to always think reality's my worst nightmare.
Now I know the sweetest dream it could also be,
as happening right now with you next to me here.
You have rid of my blindness and made me see.
