Thank you Jacquie for starting my website many years ago and to allowing me to take hold of the reigns to add a little more of my life (with a bit of my own creative vision) - from the memories made with those I hold close to my heart ... friends, family and everyone else that fits in between.

Years ago I was known as "the brat"! Always teasing and tormenting those closest to me, whether it was a co-worker, a friend or family member. My attempts at really getting someone good never went unnoticed. It came back to me tenfold! Those times have disappeared and since then I have had many unanswered questions regarding my direction and purpose in life; all of which have left me somewhat frazzled.

I have experienced quite a bit of the ups and downs that life has to offer. And, I've learned many lessons throughout it all and can say that it has made me stop and really take a good look at myself and re-evaluate my goals and beliefs, especially when my health took an ugly beating at age 32. Let me tell ya, there are days when I just want to throw in the towel and give up; but then I watch my little girl at play, admire my son who has matured into a fine young man, feel the warmth in my sweetheart's touch, see the acceptance in the eyes of friends and family - it is these people who give me strength to keep going. They are my guiding light and my connection to the Divine!

And, as Blackwolf (A man I fall in love with over and over again!) once said, "We are the creators of our destiny". This statement gives me the kick in the pants to continue my journey seeking my true self and always believing in my dreams even if they seem unreachable.

To all of you who have touched my heart and put up with me - THANK YOU for your friendship, your understanding, your patience and most of all for the inspiration you've given me everyday.

You will always be able to find new things on my site as I will, from time to time, edit my site and add further poems that I have written (published and unpublished). Please enjoy the pages to come! And, if you have made it this far, please sign my guestbook and share your thoughts with me.
