Step 1. Transfer the ROM/Data from the source to computer, using the appropriate accessories.This step is two-way.
Step 2. Open the ROM/Data in hexadecimal, use the hex unicode to search for existing words, then replace it with another hex unicode of the language desired to changed to.
Step 3 . Transfer/ patch back the edited ROM/Data.
