HEARTBURN
Prevent heartburn. Don't overeat. Avoid tight clothing, especially waist pinching type. Stay upright for several hours after eating, don't just eat and go to bed. Chocolate, tea, coffee, alcohol, tomatoes and citrus fruits exacerbate heartburn. Drinking juices with food also causes reflux and heartburn. Elevate head of bed as an effective measure.
