I was named David by my mother, for the main character in her favorite book she read as a teenager: Just David by Eleanor Porter.
Click here to read the book online. I am a member of the Choctaw Nation. I'm a world traveler, but live in Azle, Texas. My profession is as a computer consultant. I'm not proud of the poems, but friends and family encourage me. Those listed above are just a sample. They aren't all about me, though some draw from my experiences. Others were inspired by the lives of people I have known.
