A Bit About Me...

I was born in Vancouver, BC - twenty some odd years ago - and have mainly been raised in small town Alberta. I have been residing in the capital city of Alberta for approximately three years now - and love my cable modem!! ;0)

I am very much an animal lover, and have just recently said goodbye to my bestest canine pal, Charlie Brown (aka Chuckie). As soon as I get some of his pics dug out, there will be a small memorial to him posted amongst my pages. I currently own a Chilean Rose Hair Tarantula named Minerva, and am in the search process for a "slither" to join my household. No "fuzzies" at present!

When I am not tending to some critter or other, I am either programming web pages or some other such geek activity to do with 'puters. I used to be a Photographic Laboratory Technician (for five years!). I also enjoy such activities as poetry, photography, costuming, sewing, cross stiching, plastic canvas, crochetting, and cooking. Outdoor activities include small bore target shooting (hence "little-assassin"), target archery, fishing, camping and canoeing. I used to do a variety of volunteer work before I moved to Edmonton, but since it's a REALLY big place compared to what I am used to, I am only involved with an organization called "The Sustainable Population Society".

I am still very much a teenager at heart, so enjoy a very eclectic taste in music and fashion. I have a passion for all things Celtic, Gothic, and Medieval/Mystical.
