As you can see, it does need alot of work!! I took these pics after i disassembled it and brought it down to the basement, then reassembled it. The bike is now scattered all over the floor in many pieces. I have the engine in one room, and the rest in the same place as those pics. This is a major project for me and will take me quite some time to finish, but once done, i know it will be well worth it. Why? Because its been in my family since about '75 and i can remember it outside at my grandma's house under a tarp. I always wanted to see it running, but noone ever seemed interested in it. then the day came when my grandma mentioned it and that it would be nice to see it restored and running again. My eyes must have sparkled at that moment, because i saw the opportunity to try and grant the request of my grandma. (everyone else besides her thinks i'm crazy for taking on such a task). And that'll make this quest mean even more. I hope to keep this page updated with the progress that i make or not make, but all who know me know that i dont get online much anymore, so the updates may not make it in here in a timely fashion. And once finished, i WILL place the "after" pics in here for all to admire. until then, wish me luck!! And those who might know where i can find parts can email me...that'll help out alot.. thanks!!
