The Blending of Raindrops

Wind blew

Thunder clapped

Lightning flashed
The air was excited

With a passion for life and living
Laid back against a rail of dark wood

Heart on fire
On the soft and tender skin

Two raindrops fell
In near proximity they rested

Trembling and afraid
With each breath they moved

Each sigh they shook
As a last release of energy came in waves
 They touched gently

Hesitated a moment
With a promise of passion

As yet untouched
Then flowed into each other
