When people think of Bangkok, they usually associates this city with "sex" and "prostitution." It is unfortunate that many poor young girls have to rely on prostitution as a way of surviving and making ends meet. Although tainted by the image of "prostitution," I choose not to remember Bangkok as such a city. Rather, I choose to think and remember Bangkok as an exciting city rich in cultures that are unique in its own many ways.
If you ever go to Bangkok, you definitely have to try the Thai traditional massage. One session of massage is like a lifelong physical therapy-The masseur will crack every bones in your entire body and you will feel so relaxed that you can fall asleep within minutes. Surprisingly, some of the blind masseurs are among the best.
Shopping is also great as you can find many great bargains on jewelries, fashions, and Thai Silks.
This is the King's Palace - Yesterday's home of the kings and queens and today's Thailand's precious national treasure and monument.

The Floating Market

Elephants are symbol of fortune. As such, they are Thailand's national animal.

Cultural shows like this open our eyes to Thailand's rich traditions and beautiful cultures demonstrated through elegant dances, sweet music, and lively theatricals.

That's me standing in front of the gate to the Emerald Temple.As the name implies, it is a mesmerizing temple decorated with emeralds and pure gold.
