This is a picture of me. Nothing special, but sometimes I know when you read stuff on someone's page, you want to know what that person looks like. So here I am.
Welcome to My Cozy Corner!! Hey all you Chiquita Bananas and Mandarin Oranges! WHAT'S UP, FROM MICHIGAN?!?! Hah.. I'm incredibly hyper right now because I had a Snickers Latte.. Don't ask. The basics are... I'm 5'2", have blonde hair and blue eyes. Now getting into my TRUE life, what I live for each and every day of my life... I am a complete Christian on fire for my Lord, Jesus Christ!!! I go to a Full Gospel church, but I don't consider myself a denomination. I consider myself a follower of Jesus, learning his Word from the Bible, and then acting upon it.I try my hardest to be the strongest Christian I can be (although we all fall short and make mistakes. I have a forgiving God!). There are times in my life when I feel I could fall, but God lifts me up. He's always there for me through the times I need him most and even when I feel I can deal with situations on my own. But you always need to remember that you should include God in on your decisions!! God will never forsake me. When I say I am a Christian, I'm not shouting "I am saved", I'm whispering "I was lost! That is why I chose this way." I don't speak with pride. I'm confessing that I stumble and need someone to be my guide. I'm not trying to be strong, I'm professing that I'm weak and need someone to be my guide. I'm not bragging of success. I'm admitting I have failed and cannot ever pay the debt. I'm not claiming to be perfect, my flaws are too visible but God believes I'm worth it. I still feel the sting of pain. I have my share of heartaches which is why I seek His name. I do not wish to judge. I have no authority I only know I'm loved. I am a JeSuS FREAK!
Always and forever will God be in my heart. He sent his only begotten son to die and pay for my sins! Never will anyone know how much that means to me. In order to NOT believe something, is because you believe something else. You have a believer inside you and you have the right and the will and the ability to choose what you beleive as an act of your will whether you feel like it or not. Unbelief is not non-belief, there is no such thing. God has given everyone a measure of faith (Romans 12:3). And my faith will be undying within the depths of my soul, because I am on fire for the LORD!

"Patience helps us to recognize where our real desires lie. It separates our passing enthusiasm from our true longings. It reveals both our shallowness and our depths." Don't compromise for someone. Wait until you have found God's best and are sure of it! Do you ever wonder if God has given you His best? Before you go to ask him about it.. ask yourself, "Have I given God MY best?" Have patience in your time of singleness! It is an opportunity for growth, learning, and service. "I want you to live as free of complications as possible. When you're unmarried, you're free to concentrate on simply pleasing the Master. Marriage involves you in all the nuts and bolts of domestic life and in wanting to please your spouse, leading to so many more demands on your attention. The time and energy that married people spend on caring for and nurturing each other, the unmarried can spend in becoming whole and holy instruments of God." (1 Corinthians 7:32, The Message) God has his perfect timing. "Too often, people want what they want (or what they THINK they want, which is usually "happiness" in one form or another) RIGHT NOW. The irony of their impatience is that only by learning to wait, and by a willingness to accept the bad with the good, do we usually attain those things that are truly worthwhile." Remember that what you do as a teenager will reap consequences into your adulthood. DON'T GET INTIMATE WITHOUT COMMITMENT! Just because lips have met doesn't mean hearts have joined! Don't let a relationship lack a purpose or clear destination! Leave it in God's hands.

Over 200 years ago they shook off the great chains of tyranny from Great Britain
By divine call
Citing 27 biblical violations, they wrote the Declaration of Independence
With liberty and justice for all
But something happened since Jefferson called the Bible the cornerstone
For American liberty then put it in our schools as a light
Or since "Give me liberty or give me death," Patrick Henry said
Our country was founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
We eliminated God from the equation of American life
Thus eliminating the reason this nation first began
From beyond the grave I hear the voices of our founding fathers plead
"YOU NEED GOD IN AMERICA, AGAIN!"
Of the 55 men who formed the Constitution
Fifty-two were active members of their church
Founding fathers like Noah Webster who wrote the first dictionary
Could literally quote the Bible chapter and verse
James Madison said, "We've staked our future on our ability to follow
The Ten Commandments with all our heart"
These men believed you couldn't even call yourself an American
If you subvert the Word of God
In his farewell address, Washington said, "You can't have
National morality apart from religious principle," and it's true
'Cause right now we have nearly 150,000 kids carrying guns
To these war zones we call public schools
In the '40's and '50's student problems were chewing gum and talking
In the '90's, rape and murder are the trend
The only way this nation can even hope to last this decade
Is put God in America again
The only hope for America is Jesus
The only hope for our country is Him
If we repent of our ways stand firm and say
We need God in America again
Abe Lincoln said, "The philosophy of the schoolroom in one generation
Will be the philosophy of government of the next"
So when you eliminate the Word of God from the classroom and politics
You eliminate the nation that Word protects
America is now number one in teen pregnancy and violent crime
Number one in illiteracy, drug use, and divorce
Everyday a new holocaust of 5,000 unborn die
While pornography floods our streets like open sewers
America's dead and dying hand is on the threshold of the Church
While the spirit of Sodom and Gomorrah vex us all
When it gets to the point where people would rather
Come out of the closet than clean it
It's the sign that the judgment of God is gonna fall
If there's ever been a time to rise up Church, it's now
And as the blood bought saints of the living God proclaim
That it's time to sound the alarm from the Church house to the White House
And say, "We want God in America again"
I believe it's time for America to stand up and proclaim
That one nation under God is our demand
And send this evil lifestyle back to Satan where it came from
And let the Word of God revive our dying land
For Jesus Christ is coming back again in all His glory
And every eye shall see Him on that day
That's why a new anointing of God's power's coming on us
To boldly tell the world you must be saved
Because astrology won't save you, your horoscope won't save you
The Bible says these things are all a farce
If you're born again you don't need to look to the stars for your answers
'Cause you can look to the very One who made those stars
History tells us time and time again
To live like there's no God makes you a fool
If you want to see kids live right
Stop handing out condoms and start handing out the Word of God in schools
The only hope for America is Jesus

Have you ever had a "Jesus hug",
Do you know what one feels like?
If you've never had a "Jesus hug",
I pray one day you might.
A "Jesus hug" is different,
As far as hugging goes;
It's a little taste of Heaven,
Here on earth below.
Only those who love the Lord,
Can give a "Jesus hug";
It conveys God's grace and mercy,
And unconditional love.
Those who give out "Jesus hugs"
Always seem to somehow know
Just when you're in need of one
To make your spirit glow.
And if you ever need one
I hope that I will see,
So I can give you a "Jesus hug";
Just like someone did for me.
