Here is what it look like on a good day:
Yes, this was my office several years ago. It was a little cluttered at the time of the picture and yes, I did dress "down" a bit at work. Unfortunately, it is in black and white - that was the only camera available at the time. Then I got my own office and all those boxes got stuffed into file cabinets.
I heard a radio station the other day ask listeners about brushes with celebrities. Well, here is my list:
- Hung out with Todd Rundgren and his band while stuck at the airport in St. Louis when I was in college.
- Had dinner with Johnny "Red" Kerr and Norm Van Leer of the Chicago Bulls.
- Saw both Ernest Borgnine and some of the cast of SNL while hanging around 30 Rockfellar in New York City.
- Had dinner with Ron Kittle of the Chicago White Sox.
- Gambled with Louie Anderson in Las Vegas.
- Saw Billy Crystal in Paris (actually, I was leaning on his limo when he came out and had to move).
- Saw Jean Claude Van Damme while standing outside Dave Letterman's.
- Played golf with Emory Morehead and Otis Wilson of the Super Bowl Champs Chicago Bears.
- Got a police escort into the INDY 500 (not in handcuffs - LOL)
- and my latest brush with fame.......YOU
