the philosophies of life and love

Sometimes it seems easier to close our minds and lives off from people before we can get hurt. However this plays a dramatic role in keeping us from really living. Life is for the living. Living and loving can sometimes be harder than expected, but this is what builds strength. Love Love, is such a complicated matter. As with most things in life, love is ever evolving within relationships. It appears as though love is formed through the release of every fraction of a human's being into another person - both good and bad qualities. Through necessity, philosophical ideas, values, and approaches to life should be similar. These form a basis of understanding, of mutual respect. However this also describes the elements of friendship. So what causes friendship to evolve to a higher level, to love? Is this merely attraction? Yes and No. Yes attraction is key, but it is more involved than that. Attraction is usually the initial catalyst to love leading to a deeper understanding of the individual. But all of this is so abstract. Love is an emotion shared between two people. I am free of all prejudice; I hate everyone equally. W.C. Fields The world is a stage, but the play is badly cast. William Shakespeare Love is the irresistible desire to be desired irresistibly. Louis Ginsberg One must learn to be a sponge if one wants to be loved by hearts that over flow. Frederich Neitzsche Nobody can ever make you feel inferior without your consent. Eleanor Roosevelt Forgive your enemies, but never forget their names. John F. Kennedy Life Philosophies on life differ greatly from one individual to the next ergo this is merely my personal interpretation for the time being! Life is a series of events and reactions. Life is also our interpretation of these events. We assign emotions to accompany these as well. So on one level, we approach life as an attempt to create the most favorable emotions, and thus the most favorable events. However there is also the importance of our impact on the world we live in. We feel a deeper need to at least have an effect on the people around us. We want to touch people through our ideas of life. (hence this ridiculous page) To at least speculate on how individual we are and what are commonalties of the human race. Life is simply whatever you want it to be, because you can always make a change that will effect the next series of events. It is that which moves us and causes us to remember the passing moments of life. Music symbolizes more than that song that was "ours," music is what connects us all together. Think about it for a second, Reggae, Hard rock, Classical, Ska, Techno, Alternative, Pop, Metal, Hardcore, Jazz, Country, Blues, Emo, Punk, and Rap, there is a common thread in all of them. That is that the music touches us, no matter what the beat, or words, Someone out there had not only been in similar situations as you, but also felt the same way! Which is pretty remarkable, So not only does music help us remember those moments in life which are both happy and sad, music also conquers the language/culture barrier.
