Startup Control Panel(Startup Control Panel is this little program but it is the only one that can remove Trojans or virus startup programs permanently)... but it is very simple and nice looking too.You know there are all kinds of things that all these computer experts talk about but never show or explain what happens to your computer when you just surf the internet even if you do not download any programs or files(pictures,plug-ins,e-mail? or email?). And if you do download anything, whether knowingly or not,this program identifies any changes made to your computer as you start it up. While we are on the subject of internet surfing, you should always check your downloaded program files in internet explorer,in the settings button on the internet explorer properties control applet next to the delete temporary internet files button on the first page and then the view objects button. Here you can see if any internet sites you have gone to have installed little plug-ins that are corrupted or incomplete,some of these downloaded files are nothing more than advanced cookie hangers-on in your system,remove anything you do not recognize or are corrupted,this is clear when you view these objects, if not it will just say installed; which is okay.In Netscape Navigator(which is hopelessly bloated I am sorry to say,and not very efficient or as versatile as it once was; and let's face it, the only thing worse than being bought out by Microsoft is being bought out by America Online. You may find these files in the options or preferences view, or you can find it in the Program Files\Netscape folder on your hard drive,usually the C: hard drive. OK mark my words but I have known this since the eighties, finally people will realize that there are no traffic problems , just driver problems. You overflow the best drivers together and traffic will be fine.Period. Okay here is some important information(no I am not dedicating my life to building a museum for Larry of the Three Stooges, although he certainly deserves one). I have been on the web since 1996 and know all the good sites and all the good freeware, what I have been doing on the web since 1996(when they were saying the difference between the internet and the www...boring) is establishing a presence on the internet,www...whatever (20 or 30 e-mail? email? addresses, about 15-20 web pages, tested literally thousands of software programs and surfed at least a million good sites(g-rated to x-rated) at home and at work and on public terminals. My point is that I have purposely surfed these sites to find out (since 1996 and this scares a lot of people) how and who has access(excluding isps of course) to my surf history and how this information is used. It is safe to say that everything is recorded (how much is released from isp's is not much of a factor). Surfing history seems to be built in directly to the windows operating system and is accessed live so deleting cookies and cache only prevents your wife/significant other from finding out about those "other places on the web". Using netscape navigator doesn't do a thing for privacy and as a matter of fact releases info easier than internet explorer does(netscape is not inhibited by control panel or windows settings, it is kind of like a standalone program in your computer, that is really the oldest way of accessing info from peoples computers,netscape is , that is; all you have to do is think about it, netscape was the first widespread browser). well if you are still awake, I have a couple of more months to prove all this but I don't think it is necessary as it is part of the fight(the best way is to access a site-not necessarily an x-rated one- but illegal that an isp does not report, but someone contacts you and says it is illegal, I have goaded some famous gamer types(What I want to know is what is the software and it's capabilities) , but scared them off after I asked how they track me going to the site(not a problem really), but how they track me after I leave the site(still not a problem), but then it got real intense when I asked specifically the name of the software they were using or if their tracking was coming from their work headquarters off a big server. and then I asked what and how much history and info from my computer can they access and if it is accessed off my ip number, user name, motherboard number, window id number, what? or if it comes from a database(s) that oit and corporations have access to(bingo). It is actually accessed from a combination of these numbers and user names and updated just like web page addresses are updated. So you're free when you get a new computer or reinstall windows or change some of your hardware, or change your isp. Only for a little while(about 15 mins. if you use the same phone line). But anyone with brains knows all this is happening, the upsetting part is that they can control your computer(a lot of nerds think that not having certain programs or different shells will void this but Dos, Unix, NT all can access any computer including Macs). It is all controlled by the chipset and bios and processors(the new ones).I don't know how many times my computer has been accessed and played with by hackers(freezing my mouse,whoopie, big deal or scrolling my keyboard backspace button,kind of funny,,,) or someone is trying to put a virus in my computer, but if you have a good ear you can stop most of it. But this is nothing compared to what OIT's and corporations and government agencies(foreign and domestic) can do to your computer. The overall goal is to standardize how you are ID'd as you use the web. My guess is that XML will pare down the existing databases of info and brand each computer signal as it goes on the web, thereby creating a much more advanced database to the highest bidder. My other point is that I hope all the nerds are not underestimating XML which will by far be the easiest way to peoples computers. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I can't stop laughing when I hear this lamest ever of all most embarrassing statements a human has ever made in the history of time.

On a side n0tE, if you are trying to hack me, do you use a software program to do it(cause that's not hacking, it's called OIT support training.) or can you use any computer and do it?(that's hacking). I'm sorry, I know the answer.
-10-What computer related accomplishments have you achieved? -- __I was the first person to find the "any" key, thereby clearing the way for Windows users to flood on to the internet,www back in 96. __I am an original user of Hotmail and when Microsoft bought it, I kept my account working by e-mailing?/emailing? them every day "Thank you for letting me log out of Hotmail". There goes one to them right now. __Bitch-slapped a Mac user who told me in their very vegetarian movement like and animal rights activist like (I agree with a lot of what these groups say, I just don't like them) tone of slobbering loyalty to if there ever was a group that's all in it together, it' the Mac supplier's industry, that Mac is about more freedom and choices. I think it's about more keystrokes and mouse movements than necessary. __ Tested and used tons of freeware, ask me B4 you decide to use one, I'll tell you if it is any good or not. __

-17-You sure talk a lot of smack, what are your suggestions? -- Vote for women only and fill the rest of the ballot with none of the above. __ Have law enforcement empowered to give tickets to bad drivers where they are only allowed to drive in the slow lane for, say 8 months or so please! __ Be allowed to whomp on disrespectful teenagers(they sure turn pleasant when they turn 18, don't they?, at least around me they do.) __ Make children the number one priority and concern in every aspect of life(how did you get to be so big and strong?)

-23-What do you think about Windows? -- It's great because it has opened the door for all types to be on the internet/www and I love reinstalling it all the time.
-24-What do you think of OIT Departments? -- I wish they knew something about computers, those guys always mess my work computer up and I have to tell their boss on them. I say "Hey I don't go over to your desk and screw up your computer!"
-25-What do you think about America Online 9.0? -- I tried one of those free one-month trial cd's and I called them up and said they would have to pay me to use it for a month.
