ON THE ROAD: ADVENTURES IN KINGSTON

DAY ONE: It was November the 19th, 1999, and I was on my way to Kingston.  I met Sterling in the train station in Toronto, and (after some confusion), we continued on our way to Kingston: the land of Universities, parties, and plaid.

I met Joanne at her res, and Charlene came later from Montreal.  We went to dinner at a places called Luke's, where the service was bad but the food was DAMN GOOD.

Later, Joanne and I embarked on what I call "The Search for Guinness."  Sadly, there was none to be found!  We settled for Mike's instead.

DAY TWO: This is the solemn day I try the cafeteria food in Joanne's residence.  It wasn't as bad as everyone said it would be, but the long black hairs I found in my salad did not do much to make me want to go back, either.

We later met up with Andrea and Sterling, and cruised on down to AJ's Hangar for dollarfiftydrinks before 10:30.  It was verrry cool.  Vodka lime, rum and coke, screwdriver, black russian... all these drinks had a party in my bloodstream.  It was fun.

Then Joanne picked up, and all was good.  We didn't even scare him away with our lewd comments and strange conversation.  He gets bonus points!

Look'n smashed, ladies and gents
Grind like hell, Sterling!
