Marilyn Kasha and Mitts Marilyn and I go back to 1969 - which proves that "time flies when you're having fun!" She's a great friend and is always game to try something new. So when I asked her to go to a workshop with me - "Writing With Soul" - she agreed, although she's never had an interest in writing. It was an excellent course and Marilyn wrote this touching haiku there. She works in the medical field in Alberta, has one adult son, and some of her favourite things are flowers, gardening, photography, travelling, her new hobby at which she excels - watercolour painting - and, of course, cats! Mitts' Haiku:
