Strange Love

She watches me from across the den/Dark eyes, a smile and then/She purrs and her tongue appears again/She’s still watching from across the den

Her eyes glow from the fire’s light/My insides begin to feel tight/A feeling so wrong, it can’t be right/Filling me from across the den

She stares at me with the greenest eyes/Carefully plotting my morals’ demise/The passion bubbles and starts to rise/Heating me from across the den

Reflections of my private sin/Passion’s trying so hard to win/Do I falter, fight, give in/Tempting me from across the den/

Touching me gently/Caressing me softly/Licking me lovingly/Love burns within the den/

Rubbing that/Smells of a rat/That’s when I got rid of that cursed cat/Finally alone in my silent den. 1
