I Dreamed of You
I dreamed of places we could go
I dreamed of you and me
I dreamed of how it all could work
I dreamed so much, you see.
But then the dream was over
And Reality returned
I didn't want the dream to end
and in my heart it burned.
I was feeling so much passion
and all the love I have for you
I didn't want the dream to stop
It always felt so new.
And so I kept the dream alive
alive inside my heart
and hope that we will someday soon
begin to make our start.
