Mother's Day
Mother's Day comes once a year
its a time for us to share
all the love and thanks we feel
for the one that's always there.
In rain or shine and even snow
she finds a way, you see
to make our lives seem more complete
and she does this willingly.
She gives her heart, she gives her soul
she always gives her all
she always knows things we need
whether big or small
She knows when we are feeling sad
and tries to help us smile
she holds or heads and dries our tears
or stays with us a while.
She knows when we are feeling joy
and rejoices in our glee
she always know just how we feel
she is our Mom, you see
So to her we give our endless love
and thanks for all she's done
and hope she knows deep in her heart
that she will always be number one.
