A Poem for Christy

She takes my tears
and makes them joy
She takes my frown
And makes me smile

Away goes the hurt
And out comes the love
That is what happens when she is around
She knows exactly
what makes me laugh

When I am down
She is there to guide me
to all the happy thoughts

She is my best friend
I love her like a sis
