Hello, let me tell you a little about me. For over 18 years of service and counting, I have worked as Military Police for both the Active Duty and National Guard. I currently serve in the Arizona Army National Guard in the 855 Military Police Company.
My Military career goes back to 1988. During that time I have served in the U.S. at Ft. Knox, KY and in Europe while on active duty. The rest of the time I have spent in my current unit.
While at Ft Knox, KY. I was assigned to the K-9 section. My last dog that I handled was named Anouska. She was patrol and explosives certified. I know it sounds bad, but it was a fun job! I was also a member of the SRT( Special Reaction Team) which is also known to many people as SWAT.
In 1994 I left the Active Duty Army and returned home to Phoenix, where I joined my current unit. Since then, I have traveled with the 855th MP Co a few times. The first time in 1994, the 855th was Federally Activated for support of Operation Uphold Democracy (Haiti). The 855th was sent to Ft. Polk, LA and took over Law Enforcement Operations. The second was in 1998, the 855th spent our 2 weeks AT training at Camp Clayton, Panama, where once again our mission was Law Enforcement. In 1999 our AT was in Honduras providing security for Operation New Horizons. Another accomplishment that I am proud of is being named the NCO of the Year for 1998 for my Company, Battalion, and Brigade. The missions have only increased since 9/11 as you would guess.
As far as hobbies go.....Well I really only have one....SKYDIVING....There is nothing quite like it! If you ever get the chance you have to do it. If you have thought about it and want to do it, look at my link to my other website or email me. I can steer you in the right direction on where to go.
