Software Support Rep.With Stream,I was trained on Windows 95
Platform,Computer specific and program product specific software.
Within the tenure of my employment I have managed to keep a
steady climb up the learning curve within my work unit,relative to
the products we support.Have been recognize ,informally ,by our
client for maintaining a "VERY SATISFIED" level of customer
satisfaction.Within Stream,I have supported Computer brand
name products,both hardware and pre-installed software and also
Internet service, software, connection and support issues.
Presently working in an Email response team supporting Windows
95 and Internet Explorer Via Internet response system for a major
International client. Was part of this project as a pilot to test the feasability of performing this type of service to the end user. Due to the sucess of the pilot project, a major contract was won for my employer. Major factor involved in winning the contract was formost a very high degree of overall customer satisfaction and efficiency of operations.

Within Dal-Tex I was trained on Royal Copystar Copiers and
Muratec Fax Products.I also made use of my extensive back-
ground products from IBM, such as the full line of IBM typewriters
and printers as well as OEM printers and Small Computer
Systems. Was instrumental in assisting the Owner in getting
started within the small computer systems service business.
