EMCEE:
"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PLEASE BE SEATED."
"(PRESIDING OFFICER'S RANK AND LAST NAME),( SENIOR ENLISTED REPRESENTATIVE'S RANK AND LAST NAME), DISTINGUISHED GUESTS, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, I AM (EMCEE'S RANK AND LAST NAME), YOUR MASTER OF CEREMONIES. IT IS MY PLEASURE TO WELCOME YOU TO THIS MONTH’S NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER PROMOTION, APPOINTMENT AND INDUCTION CEREMONY."
"TODAY WE ARE RECOGNIZING A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO THROUGH PROFESSIONALISM, COMPETENCE, AND A DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITY TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY, HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR PROMOTION TO THE NEXT HIGHER GRADE."
"IN ADDITION, YOU WILL WITNESS TWO TIME-HONORED EVENTS IN AN ENLISTED CAREER--THE TRANSITION OF AIRMEN TO NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER STATUS AND NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICERS INDUCTED INTO SENIOR NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER TIER."
"WHAT SETS THIS INDUCTION CEREMONY APART FROM THE ACTUAL PROMOTION IS THE CHANGE IN STATUS REPRESENTED BY THE ACCEPTANCE OF NCO AND SENIOR NCO CHARGES AND ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES."
"WE COMBINED THE NCO AND SENIOR NCO INDUCTION CEREMONIES TODAY FOR A SPECIFIC REASON. EACH NEW NCO SHOULD LOOK AT THE SENIOR NCO INDUCTEES AS MODELS FOR THEIR FUTURE. LIKEWISE, EACH SENIOR NCO SHOULD LOOK BACK, TO THESE YOUNG STAFF SERGEANTS REMEMBERING WHERE THEY CAME FROM. THAT IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR US TO CONDUCT THIS INDUCTION CEREMONY TODAY, WHEN OUR NEW NCO’S AND SENIOR NCO’S MAKE A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN STATUS, TAKING ON HIGHER LEVELS OF RESPONSIBILITY."
"AS MEMBERS OF THE WORLD’S MOST RESPECTED AEROSPACE FORCE, WE SHARE TESTED AND PROVEN CORE VALUES: INTEGRITY, COURAGE, COMPETENCE, TENACITY, SERVICE, AND PATRIOTISM. THESE INDUCTEES REFLECT THOSE CORE VALUES, AS DO ALL AIR FORCE NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICERS."
"AT THIS TIME, I’D LIKE TO ASK (RANK AND LAST NAME), FROM THE (UNIT), TO PLEASE COME FORWARD AND READ THE "CREED OF THE NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER."

NCO CREED
"NO ONE IS MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN I. I AM A NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER, A LEADER OF PEOPLE. AS A NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER, I REALIZE THAT I AM A MEMBER OF A TIME-HONORED FORCE. I AM PROUD OF THE FORCE OF NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND WILL, AT ALL TIMES, CONDUCT MYSELF SO AS TO BRING CREDIT UPON THE FORCE, THE MILITARY SERVICE, AND MY COUNTRY REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION IN WHICH I FIND MYSELF."
"I WILL NOT USE MY GRADE OR POSITION TO ATTAIN PLEASURE, PROFIT, OR PERSONAL SAFETY. COMPETENCE IS MY WATCHWORD. MY TWO BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ALWAYS BE UPPERMOST IN MY MIND--ACCOMPLISHMENT OF MY MISSION AND THE WELFARE OF MY PEOPLE. I WILL STRIVE TO REMAIN TACTICALLY AND TECHNICALLY PROFICIENT."
"I AM AWARE OF MY ROLE AS A NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER, I WILL FULFILL THE RESPONSIBILITIES INHERENT IN THAT ROLE. ALL AIRMEN ARE ENTITLED TO OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP. I WILL PROVIDE THAT LEADERSHIP. I KNOW MY PEOPLE AND I WILL ALWAYS PLACE THEIR NEEDS ABOVE MY OWN. I WILL COMMUNICATE CONSISTENTLY WITH MY PEOPLE AND NEVER LEAVE THEM UNINFORMED. I WILL BE FAIR AND IMPARTIAL WHEN RECOMMENDING BOTH REWARDS AND PUNISHMENT."
"OFFICERS OF MY UNIT WILL HAVE MAXIMUM TIME TO ACCOMPLISH THEIR DUTIES, THEY WILL NOT HAVE TO ACCOMPLISH MINE. I WILL EARN THEIR RESPECT AND CONFIDENCE AS WELL AS THAT OF MY PEOPLE. I WILL BE LOYAL TO THOSE WITH WHOM I SERVE--SENIORS, PEERS, AND SUBORDINATES ALIKE. I WILL EXERCISE INITIATIVE, BY TAKING APPROPRIATE ACTION IN THE ABSENCE OF ORDERS. I WILL NOT COMPROMISE MY INTEGRITY NOR MY MORAL COURAGE."

SNCO CREED
"IN THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE, A MASTER SERGEANT JOINS AN ELITE GROUP. THE TERM "SERGEANT" IS AN ANCIENT, HONORABLE ONE THAT DENOTES A PERSON POSSESSING SPECIAL SKILLS, TRUST, AND INTEGRITY. ALL OF YOU ARE NOW MASTER SERGEANTS, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE MASTERED THE TECHNIQUES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED OF NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICERS. AS YOU PROGRESS TO SENIOR MASTER SERGEANT AND CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT, YOUR TITLE WILL CHANGE, BUT NOT THE DESIGNATION AS A SENIOR NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER. YOU ARE AFFORDED PRIVILEGES NOT AWARDED TO OTHERS, AND YOU HAVE FREELY ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY BEYOND THE CALL OF NORMAL DUTY. YOU HAVE, BY YOUR ACTIONS AND PERFORMANCE, EARNED THE RESPECT OF YOUR SENIORS AND JUNIORS. AS MASTER SERGEANTS, YOUR ENTIRE WAY OF LIFE WILL CHANGE. MORE WILL BE EXPECTED OF YOU; MORE WILL BE DEMANDED OF YOU--NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE A MASTER SERGEANT, BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOW A SENIOR NCO. YOU HAVE NOT MERELY BEEN PROMOTED ONE PAY GRADE, YOU HAVE JOINED AN EXCLUSIVE GROUP--A GROUP DEDICATED TO TAKING CARE OF THOSE WHO FOLLOW IN THEIR FOOTSTEPS. AS A MEMBER OF THIS GROUP, YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR FELLOW SENIOR NCO’S EVEN AS THEY HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU."
Reader raises his/her right hand
"RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND AND REPEAT AFTER ME."
