These pamphlets were distributed amoung U.S. troops to instruct them on
how they should conduct themselves while in Vietnam. Bruce describes the
pamphlet as being two sided with the rules being on the back or inside when folded.
Many thanks to Bruce Williams, former 3/7 Mortar man, for supplying
this great, historical item for inclusion in the scrapbook.
