Huey Helicopter Lands on Hill 65

A green smoke grenade was used to mark the landing zone for the Huey helicopter as it lands on Hill 65. The Vu Gia River can be seen just beyond the Huey.

Smoke grenades came in three colors: green, yellow and red. Normally green and yellow were used to identify and mark friendly positions such as landing zones while red was used to mark enemy positions.
