Sipponen is our 10th Exchange Student. Don't know too much about him just yet.

what he likes to do. Well he likes to go Fishing especially Fly Fishing. He also like
playing Pool (Billiards). He also enjoys Snowboarding, Skateboarding and photography.

Well Johannes has arrived to us now and were having a great time with him. He is pretty quiet though but sure in time that will change. So far we went to Cedar Point and he was pretty impressed with a ride called Millennium but he but he also liked a ride calledThe Raptor. School has started now and sure he is going to do good. Johannes and I went camping and had a great time. This young man loves the outdoors a great deal, Did some fishing and just talked. He caught the first fish though so had to pay him a dollar no big deal.
Here it is October already and Johannes is doing great here with us as well as school. His grades are fantastic and beginning to make some friends. He went to the Homecoming Dance and had a great time. Like I said many times before this young man is going to do a great time here and matter of fact my wife and I are growing very fond of Johannes every day.
Johannes has joined our baseball team and having a great time. Matter of fact Johannes is going to Florida with the team. This young man has made our Honor Roll since day one. Never heard Johannes complain not once. He is so easy going. Johannes has come such a long way and is learning more about himself all the time. Well here it is June and Johannes is out of school now. And emotions are running pretty high now, Tomorrow Johannes is on his way to Niagara Falls, Canada for his Senior Trip. Know he is looking forward to this trip. Recently Johannes went to his Senior Prom and this guy had a great time. After that he went to After Prom at the Y.M.C.A.
It won't be too much longer before Johannes returns to Finland. And speaking for my wife and I were are really going to miss this young man. Again, he has learned so much during his 10 month stay with us. But more important than anything else he has learned so much not only about life but learn more about himself than he thought possible. Whether he will admit it or not but if he doesn't now there will be a time when he will realize it.
Well been 3 years since Johannes has been here. Johannes just finished his school and now serving in the Finnish Army. From what he tells us he is doing very well. Sure learning a lot about life itself. But also tells us it is quite hard at times. But whoa is life don't you think? Johannes still takes a lot of photos of things and hopes to sell them over the Internet. Honestly guys they are very good. Check it out for yourself. Still think of this young man a lot and Love him a great deal but more importantly wish him the best of luck!!!
