invite you into our home and hearts.

We met on a tiny, little island in the Indian Ocean called Diego Garcia in 1987. Between us we have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. After Jacks retirement, we found 15 beautiful acres located on an Indian reservation in northern California. We have 7 dogs, 2 horses, 1 donkey, 5 chickens, Koi, an abundance of fruit trees and an acre pond.
Adjusting to rural life has been a challenge. We've learned to expect to lose power for days during winters snow storms, Jack has learned to cut lots of wood for the winter, and Dusty has learned to stay off of ladders (she broke both legs in June 2007 by falling off a ladder while picking cherries).
