Hi, and welcome to Coredog's Footlocker! My name is Corey Scott. My military nickname is Core-dog.
One of my best friends - my Army National Guard Recruiter - started calling me that, and it stuck. Joined the Guard just about 4 years ago and belong to Battery B out of Houlton where I'm originally from. I'm an E-4 and was a computer operator in the Fire Direction Center until March 9, 1998, when I was ordered to Full Time National Guard Duty as Admin/Supply NCO to Battery B 2nd Plt 1st Bn, 152nd FA in Calais, Maine. I am also a member of the Maine State Select Honor Guard of Augusta, part of Detachment North of Houlton. I went through basic at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and advanced training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. I made a lot of friends - one in particular, Joe Kemer, and have lost touch with him.
