How come today there is no Shariah on earth and Muslims who try to achieve it are failing? The proofs are in Quran and very simply put...
Quran 8:73. And those who disbelieve are allies to one another, if you do not do so (Muslims unite), there will be Fitnah and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption.
8:74. And those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard in the Cause of
Allah, as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid; - these are the believers in truth, for them is forgiveness and a generous provision.
8:75. And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you, they are of you.
So the way to success is through these ayahs. The steps Muslims of the world need to do is according to the above. First, correct their Deen (aqeedah). Then do hijra and unite under Quran and Sunnah. And lastly, to implement
Islam, they must do Jehaad.
Quran 9:20. Those who believed (according to Prophet (S) and Sahabas) and emigrated and strove hard and fought in
Allah's Cause with their wealth and their lives are far higher in degree with
Allah. They are the successful.
So success lies in Allah's words!
