Some three examples of this aircraft are operated by the Escuadrón de Aviación de Apoyo General 603 in the general transport role together with the single CASA 212.200 Aviocar and the remaining DHC 6 Twin Otter. Given the extensive Argentinian geography more examples of this excellent aircraft are needed but due to the limited budget have not been acquired.
