I am a Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forces. I serve in the Airforce at C.F.B. Comox on Vancouver Island. If you're in the area... stay at The Green House or Lann-y-Glynn Farm. I am a Mobile Support Equipment Operator or M.S.E.Op which means I'm a driver. I'm presently working in the Refueling section of 19 Wing Transport. On May 27 2002, some of the staff in this section and others were part of a team that won a Wing Commanders Commendation for an Aviation Fuels Reclamation Project at 19 Wing. Photos of me and my mom from this day. I have been in the military for 17 years. After joining in 86 and completing boot camp at Cornwallis, Nova Scotia, and basic trades training at Borden, Ontario, I was posted to C.F.B. Cold Lake, Alberta. 4 Wing, Cold Lake, as it is now known, is Canada's premiere Fighter Training Base. If you browse the Cold Lake link, you'll see some fascinating pictures of our air force planes. Or you can check out my Photo Gallery to see some of my favorite warplanes.

I had always wanted to be a U.N. Peace Keeper. Well, in 1995 I had the chance. I served in Israeli occupied Syria as a member of United Nations Disengagement Observer Force. I've included a tourism link to The Golan Heights, (a very beautiful area of Israel) where I was stationed for my 6 month tour. I have just returned from the Golan after my second tour. Check out my photo intense pages at my TOUR 98-99 page. I am writing a book that talks about my experiences as a peacekeeper and what it means to wear "The Blue Beret", as well, I've written a ficional story about a U.N. Driver on a detail into Lebanon to pick up supplies.

If you look at the IRIS link you be able to discover what is really happening with the Middle East "Peace" Process.

I am very interested in the Vietnam War and warfare. I have included some links to a few of my very favorite sites with this kind of information. I love the Airforce and the Military very much. My links below show a bit of my country's military as well as some other areas of personal interest. Please take the time to browse through them as they contain some very good information and they have great links as well.

I have started teaching Firearms safety courses, Hunters education, Survival and similar topics that can be checked out at my Pacific Firearms Safety page.
