1995 to 1997 were Malacca Hospital’s Years of Excellence. There were many important events held in these three years. Among them were The Hospital Day, which was festively celebrated in September 1996 and the launch of the Computerize Tomography Service by the Health Minister on 6th June 1996. Visits from the Health Minister, Deputy Health Minister and senior officers of Malaysia Health Ministry were memorable to all staffs of Malacca Hospital. The Malacca Hospital will play their role to improve the service quality of Malacca Hospital by doing the following procedures: a) Increasing the quality of Clinical Services and Non-clinical Services. b) Implementing the ISO 9000 in stages starting with Outpatient Clinic and Record Unit. c) Increasing the landscape works in order to achieve the Malacca Hospital’s vision to be a Hospital In Garden. d) Providing better facilities. e) Increasing the strictness of restricting smoking in Malacca Hospital’s area. f) Implementing the Borderless Hospital concept. |
