2. Bill has taken advantage of his positions in power to sexually harass his subordinates. Then he has lied, obstructed justice and perjured himself to cover it up. Any other government worker who did these things would be in jail.

3. He has become the first sitting president to be impeached.

4. He has made a mockery of his oath of office. He has broken every promise contained therein.

5. He passed the first retroactive tax increase in history, which was also the largest tax increase in history. This was also an unconstitutional act.

6. He has made the office of the president a laughingstock both in this country and throughout the world. See below for a review of the 'presidential image.'

7. He has appointed the most incompetent and corrupt group of people in the history of this country. These people include but are not limited to Madeline Albright, Sandy Berger, Janet Reno, and Bill Richardson.

8. He (and Attorney General Janet Reno) sold and/or allowed the theft of critical nuclear, missle and computer technology to Red China, possibly the most dangerous adversay the U.S. faces in the world today, and one of the most repressive and brutal regimes in history. This technology includes secrets about the neutron bomb, every nuclear weapon in the U.S. arsenal, missle guidance technology, and information about how to put multiple warheads on a single missile. This information was exchanged for campaign funds and the Most Favored Nation trading status the U.S. continues to grant to Red China.

9. He has stated his intentions to run the country by Executive Order, and has filed more executive orders than any other president in history. These orders can be implemented in the case of a national emergency, without the approval of congress. Several of Clinton's orders have been sealed. Here are some of the ones that are known:

     10995: Right to seize all communications media in the United States. 
     10997: Right to seize all electric power, fuels and minerals, both public and private. 
     10999: Right to seize all means of transportation, including personal vehicles of any 
            kind and total control of highways, seaports and waterways. 
     11000: Right to seize any and all American people and divide up families in order
            to create work forces to be transferred to any place the government sees fit. 
     11001: Right to seize all health, education and welfare facilities, both public and
            private. 
     11002: Right to force registration of all men, women and children in the United States. 
     11003: Right to seize all air space, airports and aircraft. 
     11004: Right to seize all housing and finance authorities in order to establish 
            "Relocation Designated Areas" and to force abandonment of areas classified
            as "unsafe". 
     11005: Right to seize all railroads, inland waterways, and storage facilities, both
            public and private.

(Does the name Auschwitz ring any bells?? If not, reread the title of Executive Order 11000. If it still doesn't sound familiar, you're obviously the product of out-come based education.)

10. He (and accomplice Attorney General Janet Reno) caused the deaths of more than 80 people at Waco, Texas, when the BATF and the FBI assaulted the Branch Davidian compound, gassing and burning to death men, women and children. This act was entirely preventable. The whole affair was an ineptly-handled affair, which was initially started to garner headlines for the BATF. The initial raid was bungled by them, causing the FBI and the military to be thrown into the fracas. The final assault was a violation of the posse commitatus act, which was written to prevent the U.S. military from being used against our own citizens.

11. His ineptitude caused the deaths of 18 U.S. Army Rangers (and the wounding of more than 70 other Rangers) in Mogadishu, Somalia.

12. He has caused the deaths of at least two thousand innocent civilians and refugees in Yugoslavia alone.

13. He is also involved in the deaths of a startling and suspicious number of his former bodyguards, co-workers, sub-ordinates and acquaintances, most notable of which were Vincent Foster and Ron Brown.
