The Unanimous Declaration of the Sovereign Citizens of

the united States of America

    When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

    We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all human beings are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We hold that the natural rights of all human beings include, without limitation, the right to private property ownership, the right to travel, the right to contract, the right to educate their own children as they see fit, the right to cultivate and build on their own lands, and the right to the fruit of their own labor. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men and women, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, - That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing in powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience has shown, that people are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. - Such has been the patient sufferance of the American People; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of the present President, Congress and Judiciary of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over the American people. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

    They have refused their assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

    They have forbidden passage of laws of immediate and pressing importance, utterly neglecting to attend to the will of the American People.

    They have refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

    They have called together legislative bodies at places unusual and uncomfortable, and have used procedural maneuvers to obstruct the administration of justice, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.

    They have repeatedly refused to obey the Constitution for the United States, the Supreme Law of the Land.

    They have endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose imposing unconstitutional laws for naturalization of foreigners, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands.

    They have conspired to entice foreigners to enter these states, by stealing the property of the American People and offering it to them.

    They have obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing to obey laws already established in our Constitution; by refusing to follow due process of law and by ignoring lawful challenges to their authority and presuming authority in all cases whatsoever.

    They have erected a multitude of new offices, and sent into the states and onto our private property, swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

    They have kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without our consent.

    They have affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power.

    They have combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving assent to their acts of pretended legislation:

    For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

    For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants or these states:

    For summarily eliminating equitable barriers to trade with all parts of the world:

    For imposing taxes on us without our consent:

    For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury:

    For transporting us into foreign jurisdictions to be tried for pretended offenses:

    For abolishing the free system of republican state laws in a federal territory, establishing therein a legislative democracy, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these united States of America.

    For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments.

    For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

    They have conspired to imprison American Citizens who have violated no crime under common law.

    They have conspired to force us under emergency war powers during times of peace, and in direct violation of the Constitution for the United States, the Supreme Law of the Land.

    They have conspired to elevate one class of professional - that of attorneys - to rule over all three Branches of Government in many cases prohibiting ordinary American Citizens from accessing the common law which belongs to all free Americans.

    They have conspired to institutionalize medicine through the American Medical Association, an organization not authorized to exist by the Constitution for the United States, the Supreme Law of the Land, thereby in many cases depriving American Citizens of quality health care of their own choice.

    They have abdicated government here, by declaring us out of their protection and waging war against us. They have plundered our lands, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people

    They are at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolution, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages and totally unworthy the government of a civilized nation.

    They have constrained our fellow citizens taken captive under "color of law", to inform on and turn in their friends and brethren, under threat of incarceration or death should they not comply.

    They have excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and have endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our inner cities, the street gang youths, whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, genders, and conditions.

    Furthermore, the President of the United States has single-handedly subverted our highest laws, committing acts of high treason by the following actions:

    He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

    He has sidestepped Congress by imposing unconstitutional Executive Order on the American People.

    He has entered into treaties and agreements with foreign nations and non-government organizations, to surrender our sovereignty into a New World Order, in violation of our Constitution and the will of the American People

    He has engaged in and supported illegal fundraising from foreign governments.

    He has stolen large tracts of land and water belonging to the states and the American People.

    He has, after such acts of theft, turned over these same lands and waters to the United Nations, a communist non-government organization, in direct violation of our Constitution.

    He has signed Presidential Decision Directives and Executive Orders, calling for turning over the America military forces into the command of the communist United Nations.

    He has endorsed and supported the creation of an educational system - in direct violation of our Constitution - which is directly modeled after the Russian and communist Chinese State-run educational systems.

    He has repeatedly lied to Congress and the American People, about his treasonous and unconstitutional actions

    He has violated our highest laws and conspired to obstruct the administration of justice by engaging in legal delaying tactics to prevent the American People from ever knowing the truth about his criminal activities.

    He has engaged in act upon act of high treason against the American People

    In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to govern a free people.

    Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our fellow Americans. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the fundamental principles underlying our laws. We have shown them the many violations of our Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, by the United States government. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have pleaded with them by the ties of our common heritage as freeborn Americans to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of truth, justice, freedom and our common heritage. We must therefore, acquiesce in the necessary which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends.

    We, the American People, do hereby re-declare our commitment and dedication to the principles on which the united States of America was founded. We declare our support for the organic Constitution for the United States and the organic constitutions for each Union state. We recognize American laws as they were originally established to protect and secure our God-given natural rights. We are not anarchists, nor do we desire lawlessness. We re-declare our commitment to live by God's Laws and American common law, and to only permit our government to exist while it diligently obeys our highest laws. We refuse to allow any government to exist on our soil, which violates these same laws of God and of Nature.

    We, the American People, do hereby and forthwith reject completely and without reservation, and will no longer recognize, any presumed authority over us or our behavior, by any so-called government agencies not directly authorized to exist by the Constitution for the United States or our state constitution, including without limitation, the so-called alphabet agencies which include in part, Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, Bureau of Land Management, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Child Protective Services, Environmental Protection Agency, Social Security Administration, Internal Revenue Service, etc.

    We, Therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the American People, solemnly publish and declare, That the American People are, and of right ought to be FREE AND INDEPENDENT BEINGS; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the United States legislative democracy federal government, the corporate States, Counties, Townships, and any and all other non-constitutional governments, or any of their agencies or representatives, and that all political connection between them and the United States federal government, corporate State governments, corporate County and corporate Township governments, and any other non-constitutional government or non-government organization. and any of their agencies or representatives, including without limitation, the communist United Nations, is and ought to be totally dissolved: and that as free and independent People, they have full power to determine how they will live - without damage to their neighbors. Further, any lawful de jure states as established by the American People shall have the right to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.


Permission to freely distribute this Declaration is granted as long as no changes are made.
