As a Veterinary Food Inspection Specialist, I know how hard it is to get some of the most up to date reference materials. I have been using these sites for over 3 years, and have found that they are just as helpful as the printed ones and they are easier to access (as long as you have a computer that is...). Also, there isn't that problem of using an out of date document and all of that mess.
I have added a few new links that have been a great ammount of help to my section.... I hope that anyone else that uses this site finds it easy and halpful....
If you have any suggestions, do not hesitate to let me know... I will try to help where I can... I have added a message board to this site. Please feel free to use it for you questions and comments.
I have also added the 1999 Food Code website. I thought that this would make it easier for those of us who just can't get a hard copy. You can download the 1999 Food Code from the site in .DOC and .PDF formats. Just temember that .PDF format requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader Program. It's a free Download from www.adobe.com
The latest addition is a link to the Air Force Publishing Website which has downloadable Air Force Forms and Regulations.
