The mission of the Field Artillery is to destroy, neutralize and   suppress the enemy by canon, rocket and missile fire and to help   integrate all fire support assests into combined arms operation.

Safety First: We must remain vigilant about our own safety and keenly aware of the ROE of our operational area.  We must remain focused to avoid / react to any situation we find ourselves in daily.  As leaders we need to ensure our subordinates understand "Safety".
