Supervised 10 personnel responsible for Legal, Quality Assurance, Military Pay Actions, Unit Manning, Awards, Protocol, Strength Management, Postal Operations, Publications, Promotions, Assignments, Officer/Enlisted Evaluations.

- Automated a manual travel tracking system that saved 300 monthly update man-hours and improved data sharing with affected units
Dec 95 - Nov 97 Project Manager - Depth and Simultaneous Attack Battle Laboratory. Integrated civilian and military technology into Army policies, materiel, training, and organizations via live or simulated experiments and demonstrations. Accountable for $5 million worth of equipment to include satellite communication equipment, SCUBA, and mobile medical equipment. Developed the long-range planning and short-term execution of annual operations to include training, maintenance, special weapons, communication, intelligence, and administration. Compiled and validated training budgets and ammunition requirements.

Apr 88 - Apr 90 Platoon Leader/Fire Direction Officer - Supervised the discipline, training, and welfare of 52 personnel. Accountable for $4 million worth of equipment to include ten tracked and five wheeled vehicles. Executed realistic, hands-on training plans to ensure combat readiness. Additional duties: Calibration Officer, Special Weapons Trainer, motor officer, and Nuclear Release Authentication System Team Leader.
