Aug 98 - Present Chief Administration Officer - 208 person Civil-Military organization that minimizes civilian interference with military operations. Supervised 10 personnel responsible for Legal, Quality Assurance, Military Pay Actions, Unit Manning, Awards, Protocol, Strength Management, Postal Operations, Publications, Promotions, Assignments, Officer/Enlisted Evaluations.

- Recognized as the most efficient/productive department out of 79 units
- Automated a manual travel tracking system that saved 300 monthly update man-hours and improved data sharing with affected units

Dec 95 - Nov 97 Project Manager - Depth and Simultaneous Attack Battle Laboratory. Integrated civilian and military technology into Army policies, materiel, training, and organizations via live or simulated experiments and demonstrations. Supervised and monitored a data analysis team consisting of Dept. of the Army civilians and government contractors. Created decision presentations, to include script writing, graphics layouts and content, used to gain executive-level approval of funding and acquisition.

Jul 93 - Oct 95 Special Forces (SF) "A" Team Commander - Commanded two SF specialty teams; long range desert reconnaissance and SCUBA. Led twelve highly trained professionals with medical, engineering, weapons, and communications backgrounds. Accountable for $5 million worth of equipment to include satellite communication equipment, SCUBA, and mobile medical equipment. Trained personnel for use in high-risk, stressful, operations in Tunisia and Haiti.

- Selected to command the specialty "SCUBA" team over 5 peers
- Only SF team to "Survive" and accomplish it's mission out of 18 teams during a stressful, combination live-fire/live opponent exercise
- Developed intensive, 45 day training packages and exported them (with training equipment) to foreign countries and executed them
- Supervised a nine member team that restructured an entire city infrastructure (Pop. 50,000) to include utilities(power, water, waste disposal), law enforcement, customs, port authority, and city government. (Miragoane, Haiti; Operation Restore Democracy, 1996)

May 90 - Aug 91 Operations Officer - Chief operating officer of a 427 person organization with a yearly budget of $7.3 million. Developed the long-range planning and short-term execution of annual operations to include training, maintenance, special weapons, communication, intelligence, and administration. Compiled and validated training budgets and ammunition requirements.

- Planned and conducted a 20 day, live-fire exercise using innovation and without the usual funding resources from our parent organization
- De-activated the entire organization; transferred all real property to the host nation, trained all personnel in new skills, and executed the redeployment of all personnel from an overseas location within 3 months

Apr 88 - Apr 90 Platoon Leader/Fire Direction Officer - Supervised the discipline, training, and welfare of 52 personnel. Accountable for $4 million worth of equipment to include ten tracked and five wheeled vehicles. Executed realistic, hands-on training plans to ensure combat readiness. Additional duties: Calibration Officer, Special Weapons Trainer, motor officer, and Nuclear Release Authentication System Team Leader.

- Selected to train a unit that failed a ''zero defects" Nuclear Weapons Technical Inspection conducted by the Department of Energy and within 4 months trained them to a "No Faults Noted" rating for re-certification
- Won Best Fire Direction Center (FDC) out of 24 FDCs during annual Brigade "Shoot-Ex" competition
- Initiated a scheduled maintenance service program that raised wheeled vehicle availability by 17%
