This is just a small list of what could be possible. These injuries could be diagnosed by a NPC healer or a PC cleric, if that cleric has the special ability of "Treat Injury" or "Treat Illness". The remedies are suggested. With the skill, the healer or cleric could correct the problem if they have enough MP to use the skill, or they can send the player on a quest to retrieve items, like for the ointment. The emotes would appear over the players head, letting them know that something is wrong with them. These emotes will continue, possibly ever 20 minutes or so, until the player seeks medical attention. The random illness is just something that could happen, without any action taken on the players part. If you like these examples, I can work on a longer list. I just wanted to see how this is receives before I do a lot of research. :)
