I'm guessing, but this might be on a road sweep in the Cobb Bridge area. No idea who this is.

Steve Lewis had sent me a picture that was almost identical to this one.  I have taken Steve's out as this one is much clearer.  Bob said this was taken as they were waiting for a chopper around Cobb Bridge. From left to right in the rear: John Pedro, Hayward Peleiholani, Gary Newsome, Clark Mills, Cecil Lambert, Richard Conway, Steve Lewis. Left to righ in the front: Norm Brower, Donald Dement, Gus Mann, Bob Muth. Pedro made it home ok Peleiholani was killed August 26, 1969 Newsome left the company in July and was made a combat photographer. Mills was shot August 23, 1969 Lambert was killed August 12, 1969 Conway was wounded August 26, 1969 Lewis was shot August 12, 1969 Brower was wounded August 26, 1969 Dement left the company about July or August Mann made it home ok Muth got a third Purple Heart in December I guess I've seen the mortar round land that killed Hayward Peleiholani 200 times a day for the past 30 years.
