Probably taken on the road from Cobb Bridge to Dia La pass.  These little motorbikes were everywhere.  You'd see whole families on them.  They'd use them to take produce to the market and have them so overloaded that the driver had to keep both feet on the ground and walk them along. Notice that there is what appears to be a young man on the bike to the right.  You almost never saw young men away from either cities or areas that we had under controll.
